1. Booking & Payment

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Príncipe de las Letras operates under a corporate accommodation license and is intended for professional, corporate, and extended stays.

  • Rates may vary depending on length of stay, seasonality, and services requested.

  • A valid credit card or agreed payment method is required to confirm the reservation.

  • Payment terms, cancellation conditions, and applicable fees will be specified at the time of booking or in the booking confirmation.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3pm

  • Check-out: by 11am

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and, where applicable, additional charges.

3. Use of the Residence & Guest Conduct

  • Residences are intended exclusively for the registered guests stated in the booking.

  • Guests must use the property responsibly and respect the comfort, privacy, and security of other residents.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

  • Events, parties, or commercial activities are not permitted without prior written approval.

  • Pets are allowed only upon prior request and approval and may be subject to additional conditions or fees.

4. Cleaning & Maintenance

  • A standard cleaning service is provided every two days.

  • Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Guests are expected to maintain the residence in reasonable condition throughout their stay.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Príncipe de las Letras shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the residence, furnishings, or common areas during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Príncipe de las Letras or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
